JOB DESCRIPTION:
Bethsaida Baptist Church of Dublin, GA is looking for a full-time associate pastor of children and students. Salary is commensurate with experience and education.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
- personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- called to ministry with a passion for children and students
- team player with a teachable spirit
- committed to training the next generation to make disciples who make disciples
- believe and adhere to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000
- disciplined in the use of social media platforms
- holds or currently pursuing a degree from a Christian college or seminary (preferred) OR documented experience in Christian ministry
Responsibilities:
- a ministry focus on the evangelism and discipleship of children and students
- build relationships and communication with parents, leaders, and other church members
- recruit, train, and support children and student ministry volunteers
- plan and provide leadership for student’s and children’s activities such as church camps, VBS, D-Now weekends, mission trips, etc.
- develop and manage the annual budget of the student’s and children’s ministries
- engage with the “Bethsaida Pathway” mission and vision
