The Bridge Church Upstate is seeking the man or couple God has called to lead and grow the student ministry.

✳️ Job Description:

The Bridge Church Upstate is a growing, dynamic church in beautiful upstate South Carolina whose mission is to help people reach hurting and broken people and show them full abundant life Jesus has to offer. We have all walks of life who attended The Bridge.

We are seeking a dynamic Student Pastor to lead and grow our Student Ministry of middle and high school students.

✴️ Non-Negotiables:

• An “all-in” Christ-follower with a passion to help students find and follow Jesus
• A leader who leads through others. Capable of recruiting, building, and maintaining a health team
• A flexible, can-do attitude
• An excellent and engaging communicator that connects with teenagers as well as adults
• Someone who likes to have fun and enjoys being part of a staff team of not only co-workers, but friends
• Someone with a proven track record of growing a Student Ministry
• Someone with a minimum experience of three years in a Student Ministry.
• Someone that excels in an environment where they have a healthy autonomy (not a silo) to lead the Student Ministry without micro-management
• Someone whose personal walk with Jesus is reflected in the way they lead themselves, their families, and their ministry
• Someone that can inspire students to continue following Jesus as they become adults
• Someone who considers Student Ministry as their calling, not a steppingstone
• Someone with excellent people skills
