JOB DESCRIPTION:

Trinity Baptist Church in Moultrie, GA is seeking a full-time Youth Minister for students in grades 6-12.

Responsibilities will include:

• Setting a clear vision for youth ministry of the church;
• Guiding and mentoring teenagers through adolescence;
• Organizing volunteers for Sunday School and youth events;
• Leading a Wednesday night youth worship service;
• Working well with a ministry staff in transition (currently looking for a senior pastor and part-time children's minister);
• Supporting youth at community events;
• Leading outreach efforts to unchurched and under-churched youth in the community;
• Organizing youth mission trips and church camp trips.
