JOB DESCRIPTION:

What you will do!

  • You will understand, interpret and implement rules, policies and procedures from ACPE!
  • You will develop relationships with other Local, State and Federal organizations!
  • You will evaluate legislative changes as associated with the Spiritual Service delivery!
  • You will evaluate and monitor changes to ACPE and Spiritually associated rules!
  • You will orient new employees and students to OSH and process new student applications!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; OR
  • Any combination of experience or education equivalent to three years technical-level experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining a work environment that is respectful and accepting of diversity among team members and the people we serve.
  • Be able to learn, understand, analyze and evaluate governing body work associated with ACPE, US Constitution, Federal, State and Local laws and other guidelines for implementation purposes.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of constitutional and legal requirements of spiritual practice and rights of patients in an institution and make recommendations based on data for best compliance.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Association of Clinical Pastoral Education as a governing body to ensure departmental compliance with rules associated with ACPE standards.
  • Knowledge and experience in analyzing rules, regulations, and policy to prepare recommendations for operational change.
  • Knowledge and experience in collecting, managing, and reporting qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Experience writing reports for outside entities.
