A Pastor, who has a divine call to preach and who is trained in a Southern Baptist College or seminary for the Southern Baptist ministry, or who has completed such training and has been ordained by a Southern Baptist Church after presenting evidence of a divine call and served a minimum of four(4) years s a full time pastor of a cooperative Southern Baptist Church shall be chosen and called by the church.
