JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate for the Family Pastor position will have a deep love for God and a passion for family ministry. They must be committed to guiding students in their growth in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. The Family Pastor should model servant leadership and be able to effectively lead ministry staff, volunteers, and students toward a Christ-centered life. Additionally, the candidate should be equipped to share the gospel confidently and graciously with individuals of all ages and stages of life.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Key Qualifications:
- Ordained minister (or willing to be ordained) with education and experience in ministry or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in youth ministry, particularly with middle and high school students.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for youth and family discipleship.
- Ability to build, train, and lead a team of volunteers.
- Committed to personal growth through Bible study, prayer, and shepherding.
- Pastoral care skills, with the ability to minister to students and families in the various circumstances of life.
COMPENSATION:
$40-50,000
