JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently hiring for a full time associate pastor, with emphasis on young married/young adults and youth or children depending on gifting. We have a talented and committed volunteer base in our youth and children's areas. This gives us the ability to hire with flexibility on the specific roles this position will fulfill.

We are a non-denominational church with a new state of the art sanctuary that seats 300. We are currently averaging about 120, with a membership of 300. We have two full time staff, myself and the position we are filling. seven part-time staff, that include an administrator (who is copied on this email) worship pastor, choir director, bookkeeper, janitorial, nursery and children's worker. We have excellent facilities for children and a newly completed student center.

A portion of the salary includes a nice two bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath home and utilities.

We are looking for someone with a calling on their life to love and make disciples. Who is faithful and dedicated in their approach to reaching the lost and leading those they pastor.

Trussville, Argo, Springville is a community NE of Birmingham, Alabama, with excellent schools, a great country feel, living near all the conveniences of urban life.
