Worship Pastor
Reports to: Lead Pastor

The Role
We’re looking for a Worship Pastor to lead and build upon an already thriving worship ministry. You’ll plan and lead services, develop worship and tech teams, and help create a worship culture that honors Jesus and reaches others. Learn more about us at ibcbenton.com/pastorsearch

What You’ll Do

• Lead Christ-centered, engaging worship services
• Work with the Lead Pastor to plan meaningful gatherings
• Build and lead worship and tech teams
• Mentor young worship leaders
• Make sure worship aligns with our church’s mission and values

What We’re Looking For

• A strong relationship with Jesus and a heart for people
• Vocal and instrumental leadership (guitar or keyboard preferred)
• Comfortable with Planning Center, ProPresenter, and worship tech
• A team builder who is teachable and disciples others
• 5+ years of worship leadership preferred
