JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lennon's Cross Roads Baptist Church, a rural congregation in southeastern NC, is seeking their next Bi-Vocational Pastor. Succesful candidates should have the ability to communicate well and preach the Word of God effectively. They should also be prepared to lead our congregation in reaching our community and helping us to grow both numerically and spiritually. A seminary degree is preferred, but not required, as is previous pastoral experience preferred. We are a dual-aligned congregation and are active in the ministries of our Association.
