JOB DESCRIPTION:
Buffat Heights Baptist is seeking a full-time worship pastor. We are a medium sized church in Knoxville, TN. Our worship is generally contemporary, our congregation is multi-generational. The position involves all responsibilities related to worship leadership including growing and developing the worship team (musicians and vocalists) as well as working with a choir. Other responsibilities include media, audio visual and AV team leadership.
All staff members handle other areas of responsibilities outside of their primary roles, those to be determined based on the candidate’s talents, abilities and experience as well as the needs of the church.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates should have at least a bachelor’s degree and some kind of consistent church worship leadership experience. Compensation is $60,000+ annually based on education and experience. Other benefits may be included.
