JOB DESCRIPTION:
The AMS (Associational Missionary or Director of Missions) is a vital resource for the 49 churches in our Southern Baptist Association. There are many hats the AMS wears, but one of the most important is being an ally, confidant, and helper for the pastors of our local churches. They provide an ear to listen and help introduce resources such as revitalization, replanting, or assistance with activities for their church and local communities.
Attached is a job description for the position we are looking to fill in the Southeast Arkansas Baptist Network.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Building and nurturing relationships with the pastors of our churches
2. Discovering ways to bring the churches together for:
(a) Teaching and training
(b) Projects
(c) Camps and other events.
