JOB DESCRIPTION:

Youth Minister (Full-Time)

First Baptist Church - Palestine, Texas

First Baptist Church of Palestine, TX is seeking a full-time Youth Minister to lead and disciple our middle and high school students. This individual will provide vision, organization, and hands-on leadership for a growing student ministry and will serve as a key member of our pastoral staff team.

This position includes Youth and Youth Ministry Families as the primary responsibility, with a secondary role potentially in Media, depending on the candidate's gifting and experience.

We are located in East Texas and have experienced significant growth over the past year. We are praying for a leader who is:

· Passionate about discipling the next generation

· Grounded in Scripture and sound doctrine

· Energetic, relational, and team-oriented

· Committed to partnering with parents

· Able to recruit and equip volunteer leaders

Responsibilities include weekly student gatherings, Bible teaching, outreach, discipleship, camps/events, and collaboration with church leadership.
