Frequently Asked Questions

It is very easy to post a ministry job on our site. You do not need an account or a password — simply fill in the online form with your job and payment information, and your listing is published right away.

Job postings are typically listed immediately after payment is received. You will receive an email confirming it, with a link to review your posting and manage access if you need to edit or take it down later.

Choose Standard for 90 days at $99, or Featured for 6 months at $175 (highlighted listing plus a homepage featured spot). After the plan period ends, your listing is automatically disabled. Both plans include resume database access for the life of the listing.

You can take down your listing yourself anytime from Manage my jobs, or use the manage link in your confirmation email. When you fill out the form you can also set an expiration date in the Deadline for Resumes field, and we will remove the listing automatically on that day. If you need help, email [email protected].

Churches that post a ministry job receive login access to our full minister resume database for the duration of their listing. Your account is created automatically and we email you the login details as soon as your job is posted — no extra signup required. You can browse minister profiles, view sermon videos, download resumes, and save candidates to a private Favorites list.
