Associate Pastor of Students Job Description

Enterprise Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor of Students who has a genuine love for Jesus Christ, a passion for discipling the next generation, and a heart for partnering with parents, volunteers, and church leaders to help students become lifelong followers of Christ.  Located near beautiful Lake Gaston in Littleton, North Carolina, Enterprise Baptist Church is committed to faithfully teaching God's Word, reaching our community with the Gospel, and equipping believers to make disciples.

Qualifications & Responsibilities 

11.     Fulfill the qualifications of Scripture outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.

22.   Understand and support Southern Baptist Theology and practices.

33.  Disciple, mentor and teach our youth during Sunday School, Sunday nights, and Wednesday nights.

44.   Plan and incorporate ways to involve our children and youth with the entire church body through interactive activities.

55.    Organize and lead all children and youth mission projects, camps, and trips both local and afar.

66.    Plan, promote, and implement Vacation Bible School.

77.    Establish and maintain a church presence in our local schools and community.

88.    Oversee all Children’s volunteers and Children’s curriculum.

99.    Manage Children and Youth budgets.

110.  Assist the Pastor and Deacons with other ministry needs or areas as required.
